Taal Vadyapathak - Pune

Started by a group of 45 members Taal Vadyapathak was formed. Pathak first performance was in year 2010 for Shivajayanti.Pathak Pratices at Krishna sundar lawns near Mhatre Bridge. Pathak has 60 dhol and 24 tasha and a dhwaj pathak. Our members are aged between 15 to 35 years.

Today, we are working as one  family of  150 people. “Taal” is registered under charitable trust act in the year 2011. From 2012 onwards a dhwaj Pathak consisting of 30 dhwaj was introduced by taal. Students from S.V Union School are part of this dhwaj Pathak.

Taal has performed in Ganesh Festival and Shivjayanti festivals and different sports

events. Taal has also given background scores to different plays and Marathi movies. Since

beginning group is associated with renowned Ganpati Mandals like Manacha Dusra Ganpati “Shri Tambadi Jogeshwari Mandal Trust”, “Shrimant Bhau Rangari Mandal Trust”,“Hutatma Babu Genu Mandal trust” and many more.
