Topmost Academy for Art, Science and Computer was established in 2010 in Cotonou with the sole objective of bridging the gap between the Nigeria education at home and in the diaspora.

Vision: To provide Nigeria certificate examinations sans frontier (WAEC & NECO);

To provide Benin certificate at the primary and secondary levels.

To see an average Nigerian as a bilinguist (Franco-Anglais)

To provide employment for Nigeria in the diaspora

To facilitate academic exchange programs.
