Talgaha Delivery

The Talgaha Delivery App is one of the four main components of the Talgaha System. After a customer subscribes to the Talgaha System, they can access the delivery service, which is added as part of their dashboard.

Benefits of the Talgaha Delivery App within the Talgaha System from the Dashboard perspective:

Driver registration: Record all driver information and add it to a driver list that can be easily edited.

Automatic order assignment: See ready-to-deliver orders from merchants and automatically assign them to drivers based on the order's geographic location and the driver's status.

Driver tracking: Track drivers on a map to see the status of each order (delivered or not) and the number of orders delivered by each driver.

The Talgaha Delivery App for Drivers:

The app has four statuses:

Order assigned to driver: When the driver presses the confirmation button, the status changes to...

Order confirmed: The driver has received the order and the status changes to...

Order in transit: The driver presses the start button to open the delivery map for all orders to be delivered that day. The driver then starts delivering the orders.

Order delivered: When the driver reaches the destination and hands over the order, the payment method is displayed (cash or credit card). The final status of the order is then displayed as "delivered" and the driver moves on to the next delivery.

If a driver cannot deliver an order:

The driver can choose the "unable to deliver" option and provide a reason. The reason is then confirmed by the admin and the order is assigned to another driver.

Delivery history:

Drivers can also view their delivery history at any time through the app.
