The app is free to download and use. To use the application, an uninterrupted, continuous broadband Internet connection is required, as well as an active TARR digital cable TV subscription and free TARR customer portal registration on the ugyfelkapu.tarr.hu site.

The costs resulting from network data distribution are borne by the user of the application. The generated data traffic is billed according to the rate plan of the internet subscriber and the rate schedule of the mobile service provider in force at all times. The service only works on official versions of mobile operating software. The application does not support devices with a jailbroken software environment.
