The Task Assistant application from STC Argus accelerates the exchange of information about the orders between the dispatcher, the client and the visiting specialist of Rostelecom PJSC.

The application allows visiting professionals:

• View information on alongside;

• Plan a route between outfits;

• Calculate travel time;

• Build a report on the work performed;

• View points received to calculate the award;

• Learn about the approaching time of the visit and the closure of the dress.

The application promptly notifies the field specialist about all stages of the life cycle of the work order:

• Appointment attire;

• Transfer of the date and time of the visit;

• Reassignment of attire;

• Cancellation or closure of the attire.
