in the context of bureaucratic reform.

In this case, the Government has issued Regulation No. 06 of 2011 concerning General Guidelines

for Electronic Office Manuscripts in Government Agencies

as a reference for the implementation and application of electronic official correspondence

to support the smooth and effective administration of government.
