TAVO

TAVO is a planner for people who organize events: a Thursday party, a concert, a workshop, a dinner for forty. It keeps the evening in one place and answers the question every organizer asks first: who else is doing something that night, and where?

RADAR See competing events, free halls and your own plans on one map for any day or period. Filter by category and radius from where you are, from a chosen spot or from your event. When two organizers pick the same date, both hear about it and can talk before it hurts.

INVITATIONS Every event gets a poster: a title, a slogan ribbon, a price star and a background. Pick a ready background or generate one from a description. Send the invitation to your contacts by email, share it by WhatsApp, and follow who is coming, who is waiting and who declined. Guests answer in one tap, no account needed.

CALENDAR AND GUESTS Your events, the ones you are going to and the halls you manage sit on one calendar. Capacity, sold-out, waiting list, doors time, reminders and repeats are built in.

HALLS AND SERVICES Venue owners list their halls with hours, prices and bookings; organizers see which halls are free on their date and how they compare on price. Photographers, DJs and other providers describe what they offer and get found.

FOUR LANGUAGES Hebrew, English,Russian and French, right-to-left included. Invitations go out in the guest's language, and the Hebrew date is on the poster when you want it.

TAVO is built for Israel first, with maps, addresses and dates that match how events are planned here.
