Description.

Teletap gives you access to an innovative platform where people can discover the best of what each network in Ghana has to offer today. Be among the first to discover this new platform. It’s a one tap system.

The software was purposely designed to make life easy for mobile phone and tablet users. As we normally do before developing any application, our research showed that all the telecommunication operators now have countless numbers of short codes (technically known as USSD). These short codes are used as means for customers to get access to products and services by dialing the required short code. The problem is each network operator has more than 25 short codes and it is difficult for customers to memorized or write all these short codes.

What Teletap has done is provide any easy way for customers to enjoy the services from the telecommunication operators without having to memorize any short code. All a customer needs to do is download the App and you are good to go. The App puts all the five telecommunication operators in Ghana in your palm and a click get you any service or product you want from any network operator.

How to use the App.

• Download the App from the Google play store and install.

• Select your network and choose any service you want and the App automatically makes the service or product available to you from your network operator.

• You can top up your credit by just clicking on the TOP UP button on the top of the main app screen. Enter the pin number in the space provided and click load. The credit will be loaded on your device immediately.
