Combination of services on a single platform where visits to clients (previously geo-referenced) can be scheduled and in each visit have the possibility (according to configuration) to carry out the following tasks:

- Manage Collections.

- Take up to 3 photos per visit.

- Make quotes.

- Reschedule Appointments.

- Make sales of articles or services.

- Relocate clients (geo-reference them).

Visits can be scheduled on the web platform or scheduled online by the mobile user. All the information is temporarily stored on the mobile device ensuring that work continues in the scenarios where the internet connection is lost, but if you have a connection you will be able to see the updated information online on the web platform.

In addition to this, you can configure alarms based on criteria of speed limits, customer service outside the allowed range and the duration of the visit.

The menu is fully configurable and adapts to the needs of your business, for example: if your business consists of conducting demonstrations in supermarkets, you will not require inventory control. If you are only interested in attendance control, then visits should not be included. If part of your staff must work 6 continuous hours then the rest marking should not appear because there is no lunch time.

If the attendance dialing is configured in the menu, the user will have the obligation to do what is indicated on the application and all this information can be seen from the web platform with the advantage of being able to pass it to their payroll calculation system when so required.

If the mobile device allows fingerprint reading and biometric validation is activated, the mobile user will have to comply with the fingerprint reading to be able to execute each event within the application.

Each user can validate all the activity they have carried out on the mobile device, as well as their attendance during the work session.

If the vehicle inventory is loaded, the mobile user will be able to carry out the sales of articles or services. Inventory levels are lowered online, allowing inventory changes to be viewed in real time on the web platform.

In the case of sales, quotes or collections, an email is automatically sent to the client with a PDF attachment with the details of what has been managed.

Every 10 minutes the position of the mobile user is sent and this allows you to monitor in real time on the web platform the location of mobile users, the activity carried out and the activity that is pending to be carried out either through reports or on a google map.
