TERRI

The TERRI app provides a consolidated real-time management view (dashboard) which integrates revenue, cost, supply, demand and workforce in a way which provides insights to support effective decision-making across Telstra Enterprise. The app is a near real-time, end-user configurable, top-down management dashboard which is based on agreed metric definitions and controlled data sources. It supports alerting, generation of “metrics that matter” and scenario planning. The app will continue to evolve with improved “forward looking” prescriptive analytics and automated decision making.
