The LPDP Scholastic Aptitude Test (TBS LPDP) is a set of test tools to measure cognitive abilities and intelligence as well as to understand participants' interests and talents. In addition, this test can assess how participants' ability to deal with new experiences.

This is because LPDP scholarship participants need to have good adaptability to continue their studies, especially for those who register abroad.

Through this Scholastic Aptitude Test, selectors can find out whether the field chosen by the applicant is in accordance with the talent they have. Selectors can also predict whether applicants will be able to follow the learning process well.

This test is very different from the Academic Potential Test (TPA), which serves to assess participants' basic academic abilities. TBS is useful for measuring the basic talent of participants, not knowledge from previous learning.

There are three components that are generally asked in the Scholastic Aptitude Test, namely verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and problem solving.
