TGUIO H12O offers users of external consultations within the Hospital 12 de Octubre the possibility of obtaining the "ticket", while notifying the doctor of the arrival to the consultation. Once the consultation is finished, you can download the proof of attendance.

TGUIO H12O also allows you to be informed of the evolution of the surgical intervention of a family member or close friend through your mobile safely. Initially, this functionality is only available in surgeries of the Maternal and Child Building.

The application guides patients who go to Outpatient Consultations at the Outpatient Activity Center to areas of interest such as toilets, cafeterias, etc., or to the waiting rooms corresponding to the consultation in which they are cited. For this functionality, it is required to activate bluetooth and GPS.

In order to register as a patient in the application, you must have been seen or cited at Hospital 12 de Octubre at some time.

In the case of monitoring a patient in the operating room in the Maternal and Child Building, it is not necessary that the user of the application be a patient of the Hospital; simply download it and enter the code provided to the patient.

For security reasons, the application will only show appointments that the patient has the same day of the consultation, but not those that may be on later or earlier days.
