AFK: Phone Lock & Focus Timer

Take back your time, break the doomscrolling habit, and reclaim your attention with AFK.

Most timer apps are easy to ignore or cancel when a distraction urge hits. AFK creates intentional friction by locking your entire phone during focus sessions, keeping you completely away from all distracting apps, feeds, and notifications so you can get real work done.

Whether you are studying for exams, working on deep projects, or wanting distraction-free sleep, AFK locks your device into a serene, distraction-free state.

🌿 WHY CHOOSE AFK?

🔒 Full-Device Phone Lock

Set your focus timer (from 5 minutes up to 3 hours) and lock your phone. All non-essential apps and feeds are locked out until your session timer finishes.

📅 Automated Focus Routines

Set it and forget it! Create recurring focus schedules for deep work, study blocks, or bedtime (e.g. Weekdays 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM). AFK alerts you 5 minutes before and starts your lock session automatically.

📞 Essential & Emergency Access

Stay safe and reachable. Even while your phone is locked, you retain instant access to your Phone, Messages, Camera, and Emergency SOS calls (911 / 112).

🎫 Emergency Bypass Tickets

Need urgent access to your phone during a lock? Use an emergency bypass key to unlock early without abandoning your long-term focus journey.

📊 Progress & Streak Tracking

Track your daily and weekly completed focus hours, build uninterrupted focus streaks, and watch your productivity grow.

✨ Delightful Pastel Aesthetics

Clean, minimalist interface with gentle haptics, celebratory completion milestones, and zero stressful alarm sounds.
