AM I

AM I is a simple self-check app built to improve focus, discipline, and self-awareness.

Instead of complicated habit trackers, AM I asks one powerful question: “Am I…?”

Am I utilizing my time properly?

Am I staying focused on my goals?

Am I avoiding distractions?

You create your own nudges or choose from pre-added question categories like productivity, sleep, social media control, and more.

🔔 Nudges

Your custom nudges appear randomly every 2–3 days through local notifications.

No fixed timing. No predictability.

Just real-life accountability.

Tap the notification and respond honestly. No excuses. No hiding.

📅 Reports

On submitting 5 responses, you receive a performance report based on your previous month’s average.

See your overall consistency.

Track your improvement.

Build discipline over time.

If your average drops below 75%, you can set a non-harmful accountability action.

If you maintain 75% or above, reward yourself.

Balance discipline with self-respect.
