Kopa Pro — Anti-Waste for Retailers

Sell your unsold fresh produce in just a few clicks and reduce food waste.

Kopa Pro is the app dedicated to retailers who are partners of Kopa, the anti-food waste solution in the French Caribbean and French Guiana.

Turn your unsold items into new sales, effortlessly, directly from your counter.

✦ Create your offers in 3 steps: Photo, products, stock, discounted price: publish an anti-waste offer in less than a minute. Choose your discount (from 10% to 70%) and let Kopa automatically calculate the customer price and your revenue.

✦ Manage your sales in real time

Your dashboard displays at a glance:

• Products for sale

• Current reservations

• Picked orders

• Expected and collected revenue

✦ Manage pickups with ease

Each order displays customer details, reserved products, and a clear timeline (created → published → reserved → picked up). Confirm basket handover in one step.

✦ Reuse your templates

Save your recurring offers as templates ("My Templates") and republish them instantly, day after day.

✦ Designed for local businesses

Bakeries, greengrocers, caterers, supermarkets, restaurants… Kopa Pro adapts to your business and your pickup hours.

How does it work?

1. You list your unsold items at a reduced price.

2. Your customers reserve and pay in the Kopa app.

3. They pick up their order during the time slot you've set.

4. You collect payment, they leave, nothing goes to waste.

A Kopa merchant account is required to use the app. To join the network, contact us at kopa.fr.

Together, let's reduce food waste in the French West Indies and French Guiana. 🌱
