This is the official The Alpha Program app in which the coaches can optimally coach the Alpha members. The app contains an extensive training program function, a nutrition log and a function for viewing your results 24/7. All actions you take in our app can be viewed by the coach, giving you the perfect incentive.

We see fitness, and the associated physical and mental changes we make with our members, as a means to ensure that people can take steps in life that they never thought possible.

We show that you can achieve physical and mental goals without having a strict diet and without spending hours in the gym 6 times a week.

The Alpha Program creates a unique community of like-minded people through the motivating and informative ALPHA app/Whatsapp group and the 4 ALPHA events that are held annually. This concerns the Strong Viking Run, the photo shoot, an ALPHA party and an ALPHA day.
