The Break Beta

The Break is an app grounded in music therapy, specifically hip-hop as a catalyst to provoke emotional intelligence and emotional wellness through 5 elements of hip-hop: graffiti, emceeing, beat making, dj, breaking dancing. Consumers will increase awareness of emotional wellness by practicing emotional intelligence. Through the use of The Break consumers will decrease mental health stigma.
