Start exercising with the fitness company app, collect MOVEs (the Technogym unit that measures movements) and get more active every day. For example, a low-intensity run of about 10 minutes translates to about 120 MOVEs.

The quickest and easiest way is to collect the MOVEs directly on the Technogym machines. Log in to the devices with your account and train with the best training programs. With the app you can view your training program, the details of the exercises and videos directly. Results are automatically saved during your training session.

MOTIVATION BY CHALLENGE:

Take part in varied competitions organized by the fitness company with the CHALLENGE module. Compete with others and climb to the top of the leaderboard.

To personalize your training experience, use the fitness company app to log into Technogym UNITY™ equipment and create a personalized workout. For your entertainment you can choose your favorite websites and TV programs, your Facebook and Twitter friends and fun games.
