The Flow Room is a community inspired space for all levels of yoga. With its bright design, it ignites high energy and vibes that translate into your practice.

Prepare to have fun and let go of perfection!

We offer a variety of classes (heated and non-heated) with experienced teachers. We like to take from other various fitness practices and integrate them into some of our classes for that extra *chefs kiss*
