About The Latest Chinese Kungfu Movement

Basic training in learning the complete Chinese Kungfu movement

Kung Fu is a martial art with self defense techniques and attacks on unique opponents from China. The origin and history of kung fu in general can be traced thousands of years ago in China where it was practiced in secret which then extended and evenly distributed to the Eastern regions in the form and type of various technical movements. Written records of its development may be said to be gone. However, theories generally state that early Kung Fu originated from Buddhist priests who first used the technique of defending themselves from danger from within and from outside in the form of violent nature, namely weather, wild animals and attacks by evil people in broadcasting their religious teachings.

Starting from P'u-t'i Tamo (Bodhi Dharma), an Indian Buddhist priest who came to China around 505 - 556 AD. P'u-t'i Tamo settled in the Siauw Liem temple, developing Ch'an (Zen) Buddhism. Creating Pat Sian Kun consisting of eight then developed so that it became a 12-Kick Action called Tat Mo Kun. Classical muscle changes (Yit Kin Keng) by Tatmo Cousu. Cangcorang moves were created by Wang Lang consisting of 33 movements.

One day he seemed surprised because most of the monks seemed sleepy while attending religious studies. Since then Siauw Liem's monks have been required to practice 18 steps of Body Restructuring Gymnastics brought from India. The exercise is intended to nourish the bodies of monks, because they have to sit for hours listening to religious lessons. The exercise turned out to later give a special color to the science of martial arts Siauw Liem Sie.

As time went on, especially after the death of P'u-t'i Tamo, the eighteenth body of the body's restoring gymnastics almost disappeared, neglected by the monks. Fortunately, a young hands-on Kung Fu expert and a mainland Chinese version of the sword entered a monk at the Siauw Liem temple. He, who later later nicknamed Ciok Yen Shang Ren, diligently and earnestly began to fix these 18 moves and mix them with his Kung Fu knowledge. Created a new science, 72 moves, called Shaolin Kung Fu, because it was created at the Siauw Liem temple.
