For less than the price of a regular yoga class you can access unlimited classes and lectures from Octavio Salvado and all of the teachers at The Practice, including full spectrum Moon, Sun and Fire Tantric Hatha Yoga classes of various lengths and levels, philosophy lectures, instructional workshops, guided Tantric Meditations, Mantra chanting, Yoga Nidra sessions and online trainings, such as the popular 50hr Tantric Hatha Yoga Intensive with Octavio.

NEW CLASSES EACH MONTH 

Every month The Practice teachers will offer a new practice in the Tantric Hatha Yoga tradition. You can create your own Sadhana or take these classes as part of a series; the choice is yours.
