The Pilates Place

The Pilates Place is a small and personal studio that offers Pilates in small groups and 1:1 lessons. We are a group of dedicated instructors with extensive experience in pilates who want to offer our customers the best from the pilates world in line with Joseph Pilates' original method.

With us, we offer both the best of the classic system as well as the further developed modern system. We want the customers to get an optimal training session and they will experience very good follow-up. Our customers will achieve a full understanding of what pilates training is and we work towards the goals customers want for themselves. This includes rehabilitation of injuries and pain in the body.

In Pilates, you will achieve increased strength, flexibility, balance and awareness of your own body and movement.

We collaborate and can also recommend others if you want to expand your training with, for example, Breathwork- Meditation-Sound Healing-Osteopaths-Doctors-Acupuncturist, as well as other forms of therapy treatments.
