To make an order, customer searches for a product they like through viewing (Photos / Images) a variety of our products posted which are detailed with information like the price, size, the product description, our returns policy which is 24 hours in case of a mix-up or problem. Our deliveries take two hours depending on the customer’s location near Kampala, for far away customers we deliver their products through buses. Our method of payment is through cash on delivery or mobile money services, far away customers pay before they receive the product to avoid complications and in case they are not satisfied with the product they have to report immediately after the delivery through our contacts, returns are only accepted within 24 hours.
