Therapology is the most advanced psychological support application in the world.

Its aim is to start from people's specific problems and help them reach solutions step by step.

Therapology's distinctive features:

1-Approaching problems with an analytical perspective. By doing this, today's concept avoids confusion. It gives a road map based on their specific problems in a period when people cannot define exactly what they feel (emotional confusion).

2- Emergency therapy/Emotional therapy

Awareness conversations prepared by calculating maximum probabilities regarding specific problems. These conversations have a content that makes the person feel understood about the current problem and gives another perspective on the event.

3- A system that, based on the specific problem, finds out which emotion the person is experiencing blockage on and directs it to that emotion. (Anger, boredom, jealousy, panic, self-confidence, regret/guilt, sadness, depressiveness, helplessness, disappointment, hatred, anxiety of abandonment, anxiety of failure, anxiety of loneliness, anxiety of aging, fear of death, anxiety of being sick, anxiety of making mistakes, worry of being broke…)

4-Support packages

After the problem is fully identified and examined, the person is put in a position to help himself with EFT, voice awareness (meditation), hypnosis, kinesiology, breathing and solution-oriented exercises. For each problem, specially selected exercises from these disciplines are given to the person.

Support packages are specially prepared for each problem.

-Eft

EFT exercises have been prepared with practical and understandable visual support.

-Breath

Breathing exercises were prepared under the supervision of Dr Ömer Önder.

A separate frequency, music introductory information and visual support were used for each breathing exercise.

-Awareness

The vocal awareness (meditations) section is the audio support extension of the studies. It is given with frequency music appropriate to the subject.

-Hypnosis

Binaural sound discipline was applied in hypnosis studies. Correct frequency music was used. It is also accompanied by trance videos.

There are two versions of hypnosis: beginner and advanced.

-Kinesiology

These are exercises that use the body to improve the current energy and emotional state. It was prepared with gif and visual support.

-Solution focused exercises

These exercises are solution-oriented exercises prepared with reference to cognitive psychology.

It offers practical solutions to solve problems by addressing processes such as decision-making, judgment and thinking.

The person can decide how many times he will do these exercises (there is a recommended number of repetitions) and at what time of the day he will do them, and receive reminder messages from the application.

5-A person can solve fun subconscious questions at regular intervals to discover himself.

6- By choosing a star every day, he can receive inspirational messages that enable him to connect with the collective consciousness.

7-The person can learn the number of people with whom he/she has the same feeling (angry/angry, indecisive, pessimistic, anxious/scared), sad, depressed, stressed, inadequate, hopeful, happy) during the day and receive surprise motivational gifts.

8- The person creates a self-confidence chest that can help him when his motivation and self-confidence decrease. In this chest, there are photographs of the moments when he felt good and successful, and notes describing the feelings he experienced.

9- When Therapology sends notifications during the day, the person can write his wish and send it to the universe.
