thinQur is a platform to create thinkers to solve current & future complex problems. On this platform, anyone can ask a question and others will ask questions to that question. Yes, you read it right. It is a questions to question platform. So, you can either ask a question or ask questions to others questions.

We call this question to a question a “thinQ”.

Most of the times we don’t ask effective questions. Our questions generally have assumptions & biases in them, which don’t let us see clearly. Questions to questions (thinQs) challenge those assumptions and biases & help us to find answers by seeing the problems clearly and differently.

Example Question: “Why is my colleague so difficult to get along?”

Example thinQs:

1. Does she get along with anyone else?

2. Do you get along with everyone?

3. Is there another person you think is difficult to get along? What is common in both these persons?

4. Do you have any insecurity at workplace?

5. Do you know anything about her personal life?

6. Do you remember the last interaction with her? How did u feel afterwards & what do you think is the reason?

7. Do you remember ever having a laugh with her? What did it involve?
