Since we constantly synchronize your TIIME data with our servers, duplicates and incorrect data are excluded, no matter where and how you are currently using TIIME.

This creates a very differentiated overview of what you and your team were actually busy with every day. TIIME is designed for you, your employees and temporary workers alike. Our analytics offer you fast, uncomplicated time tracking and various evaluations and statistics. You can create tasks, evaluate them individually, evaluate them together in a team and learn from them. Preconfigured and individual reports help when payment or invoicing has to be done on the same day.

Registration and data are always in sync, no matter where and how TIIME is used. You can easily install our TIIME apps on a smartphone and iPad or use any web browser to record times and activities. Our terminal solution can also be activated on any iPad for stationary operation, for daily check-in and check-out. Your employees should always have our app with them on their smartphones anyway.

EU data protection and TLS encryption

We use the latest TLS encryption methods for real-time synchronization on all devices. Your data and that of your employees are safe with us, even if your teams and temporary workers use a TIIME app on their own smartphone. All data collected is hosted and processed in Germany in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. They are also subject to separation control, only users can decrypt and read them with our apps.

BAG compliant

The obligations for time recording and documentation are completely fulfilled by TIIME for employers and their employees and temporary workers. Reports can be easily created for billing and workload planning, breaks are documented and taken into account just as legally compliant as holidays and absences. All data generated with TIIME is tamper-proof, if activated.

Legally compliant administration

TIIME offers user and rights management for very different user groups. Functions can be limited to essential functions for employees - time recording and individual reports for their own proof of work. You always have a full overview of the depth and breadth of the information recorded and to be recorded, and thus also of your teams.

First class support

TIIME has a small team of experienced app and application developers and customer service experts in the background. This keeps us fast and enables us to react individually to customer requests. For questions and support we have our chat, in addition to a large and constantly growing online knowledge base. If an individual TIIME function is missing, we even check if we can add it. Usually within a week.
