Time To Riff

Time to Riff is a discount loyalty program of the Time Trend and Riff salon chains.

Time to Riff is a loyalty program of the Time Trend chain and Riff Music Salons, offering attractive discounts and carefully selected sets of privileges available only to registered Participants who make purchases at Time Trend or Riff stationary points of sale.

The program is run via a mobile application that:

1/ enables the presentation of the Virtual Customer Card on the smartphone screen. Its scanning is a pass to the world of privileges that await registered Participants.

2/ gives access to promotional offers dedicated to participants. The organizers have prepared a number of attractive offers for the start and those that are available temporarily and dedicated to special shopping moments, such as special holidays.

3/ offers attractive benefits, the scope of which increases with the value of the Participants' purchases. With each subsequent purchase of Participants, the organizer adds up the transaction values. After crossing the thresholds of each of the four gamification statuses, Participants unlock access to a number of attractive privileges not available to other customers of the Time Trend and Riff networks.

4/ allows you to search for a list of showrooms on the map. Thanks to an intuitive, interactive search engine, program participants can find a showroom in their area, check the opening hours, call or even set a route.

5/ contains the history of purchases made in showrooms and online. In the mobile application, Participants can view the history of purchases using the Virtual Customer Card and those made online and monitor the value of discounts achieved.

6/ offers discount coupons worth PLN 50 for a successful recommendation of the application. Each Participant can invite up to three friends. When the invited person registers in the Time to Riff loyalty program, the referrer will receive a discount coupon worth PLN 50 for subsequent purchases of a minimum value of PLN 500.
