Since he was a simple pizza chef, Tito stood out for his leadership skills and above all for the technique with which he was able to make even 400/500 pizzas completely alone without failing to satisfy his personal clientele, who followed him when in '93 he decided to undertake this beautiful activity all by himself, with the consequent risks.

The game was worth the candle and as they say, when the going gets tough, the tough start playing ... and what results!

After 25 years of passion, my father Tito and the help of all the most spectacular collaborators we could wish for, despite a thousand difficulties, we decided to take an important step.

Contrast, despite the historical moment.

Against ourselves too, struggling with the paper and the pen, we listened to the heart ... Change everything. Renew completely, but starting from where we left the mark ...

Our idea was and is to give a touch of elegance and modernity without leaving our traditions, large spaces and high quality materials with which we set up the new premises.

With courage (or unconsciousness, but there is no satisfaction without jumping a little 'out of your space no?) And relying on the taste and experience of Tito who strongly decided the furnishings, colors and layout of everything.

Not to mention the garden where in summer we would like to create a corner of paradise in this busy area of ​​the city ... Not just a place to eat but where to live in company or, why not, even in quiet and blissful loneliness, a little 'heat of a family atmosphere ...
