BBNPL (Business Broad Cast News Pvt Ltd) formerly UTV and Bloomberg English News Channel which was known as BTVI, Same BTVI is now known as Hindi News channel TNP News as well as BBNPL (Business Broad Cast News Pvt Ltd) which was earlier Anil Dhirubhai Ambani’s group company, now it has been acquired by TNP Group.

The total authorized capital of BBNPL (Business Broad Cast News Private Limited) is 1500 crores and paid up capital is 1290 crores.
