Toko retail (dangkytoko)

The "App" shall mean Toko App, the software provided by Toko project PTE ltd to offer services related to Toko operating an online platform which offers one or more of the following features and services (each a “Service” and collectively the “Services”), mainly for the browsing and ordering of grocery and non-grocery products via an app:

access to a collection of information, products, services, data, text, listings, pricing, graphics, images, videos, audio files and other types of works;

search engines or tools;

adverts, discount vouchers, message boards, communication tools;

email or message alerts; and

any other services, features, content or applications that Toko may offer through the App from time to time in our sole and absolute discretion.
