TON-CO2

TON-CO2 is the most complete application to calculate CO2 emissions in tons / year. Emissions from the following sectors can be calculated: Fuel, Waste, Plastics, Wastewater, Energy, Livestock (Food, excreta CH4, excreta N2O, Fertilizers and Pesticides. Besides that, the Mitigation and Compensation of its emissions in any of the aforementioned sectors. It is the first application that will allow you to make any calculation of CO2 emissions. You will no longer be limited when you need to measure your C02 footprint in the environment to make decisions that take care of the environment.

Any user can use the app, from people to companies, however, an important requirement when using it is that they have at least a BASIC KNOWLEDGE of ENVIRONMENTAL ECONOMY.

The calculations have been verified by independent tests. In addition, everything that is used within the app, such as the different sectors (fuel, waste, etc.) and the calculation formulas used, is taken from government sources and other international environmental organizations.

The app can be used in any Spanish-speaking country at the moment. But it is thought that it can be used in any country in the world. It is very intuitive.

The app does not collect personal information from its users, and it is free to access. Contains advertisements ONLY for your maintenance.

All the calculations and references used in the original excel template are from both government sources (Costa Rica) and other official international institutions.
