«Tatarstan Tourist Pass» is designed to improve the quality and comfort of the guests throughout the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The requirements for the Tatarstan Tourist Pass cardholders imposed by the Bank are minimal. A potential cardholder does not need any documents when it is issued, and to activate it is enough to inform your mobile phone number to which the card will be attached.
