TrackHub is a digital fleet and transport management system built to simplify and modernize everyday commuting.

Across schools, universities, offices, hospitals, and industrial sites, commuters often deal with the same problems: no live vehicle tracking, unpredictable timings, unclear ETAs, sudden delays, and no communication from the transport side. At the administrative level, there is usually limited data available to monitor drivers, manage routes effectively, or make informed operational decisions.

TrackHub aims to close this gap by introducing transparency and structure into transport operations. Through live vehicle tracking, route management, scheduling tools, and data insights, the system helps create a more predictable and manageable commuting experience.

Passengers can create accounts, select their routes and stops, check schedules, and track vehicles in real time using driver-based GPS integration with mapping services.

Drivers access the system using credentials issued by administrators. From their dashboard, they can view assigned routes, scheduled trips, and passenger details. The platform also allows both drivers and passengers to submit complaints, ensuring smoother communication.

Administrators operate through a centralized panel where they can manage vehicles and routes, assign drivers, publish announcements, and respond to user reports. This allows better oversight of fleet operations while keeping the entire system organized and accountable.
