Online tracking application. Service oriented.

2 modes:

- tracking: low frequency and low battery consumption

- logging: high frequency, better accuracy

Logging is triggered on the scan of a sample number.

Compatible with QRdroid and Zwing or manual input available.

Automatically set the phone to use the GPS, connect to the internet, and fix connectivity problems (eg. emergency call and red cross state)
