APP PERMISSIONS

TrackMyStudy does not ask for unnecessary permissions. It only needs the following 2 special permissions.

Access to device storage - In order to backup and restore timetables, tasks and attendance data to files.

Access to create home screen shortcut - To enable viewing Today's classes and tasks quickly from home screen, without opening the full app.

In Android 5.0 Lollipop, permissions are asked during app installation. In android 6.0 Marshmallow and above, TrackMyStudy will ask your permission when the permission is actually required for the first time.
