mMieszkaniec

mMieszkaniec is a mobile application enabling constant and extensive contact between the local government and residents. The purpose of the tool is to quickly contact local government residents who have the Application installed, mainly via PUSH notifications. It is free for users to download and consists of several independent modules:

mConsultations, mAnnouncements, mNotifications, mWaste, mTourist, mCard, mEducation, More

1. mCONSULTATIONS – the module enables residents to participate in social dialogue. It was created with residents in mind to provide them with simple and intuitive access to participate in decision-making processes regarding public affairs.

Possibilities within the module:

* tracking currently ongoing public consultations,

* preview of archived public consultations,

* completing consultation surveys,

* current information on public consultations, reports, results,

* personalized application settings.

2. NOTICES - the module allows you to send notifications to residents who have the application, e.g. about upcoming events, failures, renovations, weather alerts.

3. mREPORTS - the module allows residents to report defects in the local government area and architectural barriers for people with disabilities.

Possibilities within the module:

* sending reports,

* viewing reported faults and the history of dealing with them,

* observing reports sent by other people,

* receiving notifications about changes in application statuses and comments from the Office.

4. mWASTE - module with waste collection dates for entered addresses along with personalized notifications. However, the pickup schedule is not the only feature. The user can also find here an information and educational section, a search engine for types of waste, PSZOK points and the possibility of reporting various problems with waste collection.

5. mTOURIST - an interactive guide to the area. A clear map with tourist routes and thematic trails. The most important information about the facilities.

* viewing routes and tourist trails,

* map of points and detailed descriptions of objects,

* easy access to information about local attractions, history and interesting places.

6. mCARD - a virtual resident card with a QR code and data authorizing the use of discounts and benefits offered by the Local Government Partners.

Possibilities within the module:

* individual QR code and card number entitling you to benefits,

* presentation of Partners' offers,

* access to discounts, promotions and other benefits.

7. mEducation - the mEducation module is a mobile extension of the e-Placówka.pl platform, designed specifically to facilitate communication between educational institutions and parents.

* view of fees

* reporting absences

* notice board

8. MORE - module for creating redirections to any applications/websites.

The application has full functionality only if the local government of interest to the resident has purchased a given tool. In such a case, to have access to the functionality, simply select a commune/city from the available list of active local governments.
