Tree & Landscape Map

The Tree & Landscape Map prepared by the Greening, Landscape and Tree Management Section of the Development Bureau aims to highlight the greening and landscape assets in different parts of Hong Kong, so as to promote the understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of open spaces and trees by the general public. Users can use the different search functions in the application to preview and plan their tree and landscape visits, as well as save and share their favourite parks and green assets to the social network.

This updating includes enhanced sorting tools such as “Facilities” (e.g. Children’s Playground, Kiosk, Sports Facility, Toilet, etc), “Water Features”, “Lawn”, “Historical Features”, “Sculptures”, “Seasonal Feature/ Thematic Plantings”, etc to facilitate easier search of special landscape features in Hong Kong. For a better trip planning, the App would generate a proposed walking/ driving path to selected attractions with information of distance and travelling time.
