Learn about Fiji's rainforest trees

The Trees of Fiji app is adapted from the book - Trees of Fiji: A guide to 100 Rainforest trees 3rd revised edition (Keppel, Gunnar and Shahina A. Ghazanfar, 2006).

Use the app to:

* Help identify trees found in Fiji

* See where, and at what elevation, the trees are found in Fiji

* Find trees by their local name, scientific name, or family

* View detailed tree information and photos

* Search through the collection of trees to find what you are looking for

The Trees of Fiji app works offline by simply downloading the trees data to your phone which you can take and use in the field.

The development of the App was carried out in consultation with various partners and was funded by the SPC/GIZ Forest Conservation in Pacific Island Countries REDD+ II Project and the SPC/GIZ Coping with Climate Change in the Pacific Island Region Programme.
