Trenim is a sports application with which you can work out productively in the gym and achieve your goal.

Your workouts will use machines that we have accurately calculated your individual weights and reps for.

All workouts are individually tailored to your physical performance.

-Now you don't need to think about how much weight to put and how many times to do it. Trenim in any training program calculates and schedules the entire load automatically.

-Record results and Trenim will adjust future workouts.

-Get a workout adapted to your well-being.

-Use over 800 exercises that have text descriptions and videos. Videos with active trainers teaching you how to do the exercises.

-At the end of each workout, a control workout is performed to measure your progress.

-Fix and change physical indicators in your Personal Account.

-View and analyze the history of your past workouts. Now she persists

-Create and adjust your personal training schedule in the calendar.

-Move workouts on convenient days, swap them

-Remove workouts from the calendar if they are not needed

You download the Trenim app for free

Create an account manually or via the Login with

Fill out the questionnaire and Trenim selects and offers several programs that suit you

You get acquainted with the programs and make a purchase in any convenient way

You choose the start date of training and the days on which you plan to train (you can move the days later)

Entering any of the workouts for the first time, you are prompted to enter physical indicators. Physical indicators are needed to accurately calculate the training load. Each exercise has a description and video. If you do not know your results, then agree with the proposed ones and click Confirm

Your program is complete. Have a good workout!
