Trinity Health: Employee is a mindfulness and wellness app specially designed for the frontline workers, staff and families of Trinity Health of New England.

Trinity Health: Employee features hundreds of guided meditations. Try our meditation "Restful Sleep" to help calm your mind for better rest after a long stressful day. Or, use our meditation "Grounded and Steady" to help soothe anxiety you may be feeling and help you feel grounded.

Trinity Health: Employee also features a meditation timer to allow users to free meditate with gentle guidance when desired. Enjoy this app as you take a break or after you head home for the day.
