The more details you add to your profile, the more cases you will qualify to assist in. Troy's team will send out "alerts" on REAL cases based on key words in your profile. So the more of your previous places of residence or employment, schools attended, military service, etc you enter, the more cases you are likely to receive based on places you've been and your experiences, relationships, etc.
