The said portal shall have PAN India synchronisation, enabling the stakeholders to choose lane, select desired load and bid for the same.

Truck99 shall also be a sourcing platform for Truck / Fleet Owners. We plan to bring in big players on the platform for needs such as Tyres, Battery, Vehicle Parts, Insurance, GPS etc. The major boost in the said structure shall costing. Since we shall be sourcing the same at a bulk rate and long-term deals with direct manufacturers of the same. This shall also enable reliable & cost efficient post sale service for the associates.

Raman Roadways Pvt Ltd, being a market leader - logistics service provider shall use this marketplace to source reliable, cost friendly vehicles enabling value addition in the existing process and also options for a wider market penetration. Real time Bidding for loads shall ensure a transparent playground options for all stake holders.

For RRPL clients this shall mean an end to end visibility platform since all associates shall be connected on the platform through live tracking modules.

The platform shall be technologically advanced enabling equal opportunities to all stake holder and value creation at each stage.

The portal shall work on the below mentioned flow:

• On boarding on Truck / Fleet Owners and Brokers as associates

• Registration of the associates

• Registration shall include submission of various compliance documents

• Once on board, the associates shall be provided with the login credentials

• RRPL available loads shall be displayed on the portal real time

• All details such as vehicle type, quantity, loading point – unloading point, base rate, window time, lead time and other important information shall be viewed by all associates

• The associates can then bid on the desired load

• Associates shall be notified about their bid position real time by the way of L1, L2 and L3

• The cut off time shall be notified by the way of a ticker

• In case of aggressive bidding the cut off time shall be extended as and when required

• Once bidding is completed the associate is required to place the vehicle within stipulated lead time

• In case of non placement after bidding the rating of the associate shall be downgraded / penalty imposed after certain number of incidents

• Once vehicle is placed the system shall notify the RRPL end to end system which shall process the payments as discussed

• The portal shall give an option to associates for purchase of tyres, battery, oil, parts, insurance and GPS

• All associates are required to be on single GPS platform enabling Raman E Bazzar to view and track the real time location of the vehicle post acceptance of bidding

• All associates and loads shall have a rating and bid acceptance shall depend on the associates rating over a period of time

The platform enables RRPL and its associates to source vehicles real time by inviting bids for designated lanes. It also provides opportunities to quality vendors registered with Raman ebazzar to provide competitive rates for vehicle placement directly with Raman Roadways Pvt Ltd and its associates to enhance their business prospects.
