Welcome to 30 Day Pullup Challenge Level 1, the workouts used in this pull up challenge are pull ups and sit ups. Do all these exercises for specific time interval on specific days.
Here are some of the tips to complete this 30 day pullup challenge level 1. Always try to keep your body hydrated, so its better to drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 liters of water each day. To maintain good health it is better to eat whole foods and forget processed or canned foods. Green smoothies are one of the best pre workout and post workout drinks, so that your body recovers soon and finally its better to eat smaller portions of food many times in a day instead of having one big meal.
