Application detects person location and informs him about nearby obstacles and social facilities.
The database of “Social Navigator” application provides information on obstacles on the road, OpenStreetMap service gives information about streets, crossroads or building numbers.
The frequent objects are sounded by pre loaded audio tracks. Other objects are sounded by synthesized voice.
This application is a part of grant KA432 of Karelia ENPI CBC programme, which is co-funded by the European Union, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland.
