FREQUENCY IS EVERYTHING

Every goal gets a frequency: that's what turns a wish into a plan:

• Streak goals: do it X times in a row. One miss resets the streak to zero. No grace tokens, no excuses. That strict rule is what makes a win mean something.

• Daily, weekly or monthly targets: hit your target every period, N periods in a row. A missed week resets the run. Same rule, one level up.

• Total goals: reach a number at your own pace, with an optional deadline. A goal is a dream with a deadline.

VICTORIES, NOT STRIKETHROUGHS

A finished goal is never crossed out like a dead to-do item. It turns gold, gets a VICTORY badge, and joins your permanent Victory Wall, your personal trophy case of wins. Then level it up: 10 in a row becomes 30, and you go again.

DAILY GOAL REVIEW

Champions re-read their goals every day. The daily review ritual walks you through each active goal and your "why", the reason you started, before you start your day. Add an optional daily reminder notification so you never skip it.
