TWK Connect

The TWK Connect App is offered exclusively to TWK Insurance Brokers policyholders to access the suite of 24 hour emergency services. The TWK Connect App panic button provides a direct link to the TWK 24 hour Assistance Contact Centre allowing us to identify and locate policyholders and their family in the event of an emergency. The Accident Assist function allows the policyholder to scan, save and send vehicle licence discs and driver licences cards of all involved from the scene of an accident.

The App also provides the ability to request additional cover when purchasing new assets and updating of personal and risk item details. The TWK App allows policyholders to complete and sign all personal claims forms and submit them to the Claims Department directly from their smartphone. TWK Connect continues to innovate and provide a unique platform for policyholders and other TWK clients to build and maintain excellent relationships.
