About Ujin Service
Ujin Service is a convenient tool for CMs connected to the UJIN platform
The Ujin Service application is designed specifically for employees of management companies or contractors whose facilities are connected to the Ujin smart building platform.
The contractor creates a personal profile to receive applications directly from residents or management company employees, and can also create applications himself (depending on rights), receive an assessment of the work performed and form a personal rating.
To quickly process requests, the Ujin Service application provides the following functions:
• display of a list of requests
• grouping of applications depending on status
• display of information for each application
• creating an application (depending on the role)
• the ability to assign an executor (depending on the role)
• viewing application documents
• chat with the request initiator
• receiving push notifications when application data changes and new messages are received
• archive of applications with the ability to view execution progress, documents and messages
