Umdaa is an Electronic medical Record(EMR) Platform which is prepared after taking the inputs from

many doctors. The features which are required are integrated into it. Basic Appointment booking

system with calendar management, Recording of vitals , department specific calculators, checklists

of the procedures, informed consent forms, previous health records, procedural notes are

integrated. Previous and present history with extensive History of presenting illness, and proformas

of different systemic examinations are included. Contra-indications of the medications according to

the past relevant medical history ,and easy to use prescription formats and templates are the part of

the application. Prescription in the local languages and cautions of using medicines are given in the

summary. A detailed summary is also automatically generated. Patients data of name and phone

number is encrypted. Hand writing integration, attaching clinical images, important illustrations of

medical images are also present. All the data is saved in the cloud. The application has integration

with the pharmacy and the lab module . Detailed business intelligence is also a part of the platform

which helps to track and grow the practice exponentially.
