◆ Application function

If you would like to apply for the questionnaire posted, please check the details, press the button on the answer screen, enter the answer and submit it.

◆ Approval function

It is possible to check and approve the contents of the collected questionnaires. If there is no problem with the contents of the questionnaire, please approve it.

◆ Questionnaire answer writing function

You can export the collected questionnaires to an Excel file. Click the button on the upper right of the list screen to export to Excel and share it on your computer.
