At UP fitness we believe that fitness should be FUN and not a chore. That happy MOVEMENT is part of who we are as human beings and should inspire us to explore possibilities, push us to learn and to find our own physical voice.

Fitness is a by product of movement, and as they say “There’s more than one way to skin a cat.” We don’t know about that, but we do know there’s more than one way to fitness. Why slog it out on a treadmill when you can use your body to have fun, learn new skills and PLAY? Now that’s positive multitasking!
